How to not generate prohibited content

Hotbunny.ai has been built to let image creators give free rein to their imagination. It aims to be a permissive platform that does not penalise its users without reason. This comes with a moderation system: this article details how it works and explains how to avoid generating prohibited images that could result in a sanction. We want to be completely transparent with you, which is why we are explaining step by step how this moderation system works.

This service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant you meet this requirement and consent to adult content.

1. How does the moderation system work?

Each image you generate is analysed by an image recognition system that detects a series of tags on your image.

Some of these tags block your image before it even reaches you, as is the case with 'loli'. In this case, you will not be able to see the image, but you will have the option to request verification if you believe the system has detected a prohibited tag by mistake.

Other tags do not block the image, but automatically flag it to our moderators. This image is then verified manually. Important note: this reporting is completely anonymous. The moderation team can access the image and the prompt you wrote to generate it, but they do not know who created the image.

Your image is then judged on two criteria: the result and the intention. The image may be blocked if the result falls within the criteria for prohibited images. If the intention was not to generate prohibited content, you will not receive any penalty. If, on the other hand, the intention was to generate prohibited content, then the moderator has the option of penalising the author (always anonymously).

You will first receive a warning, then a ban if you generate another prohibited image. The ban cuts off access to image generation and most of the application's features. You can contest the moderator's decision (for both a warning and a ban) at [email protected].

2. The different categories of prohibited content

We consider anything that falls under these criteria to be prohibited content. The intention of the author cited above is based on what is described in the rest of this text.

2.1 Child pornography

HotBunny.ai has a zero-tolerance policy on child pornography. As with each of these categories, the author's intent is judged based on common sense.

• Any reference in the prompt to “child,” “underage,” “childish,” and anything else that may refer to it will be considered an intent to generate child pornography.
• Any attempt to circumvent the system by using childlike attributes to make a character appear younger (flat chest, childlike face, small body) will be considered an attempt to generate prohibited content, except in very specific cases based on the context of your image.
• Any generation of minor fictional characters must be accompanied by attributes that make them adult. Use the tags “adult,” “adult body,” etc. And avoid infantilizing tags. Any generation of minor fictional characters accompanied by an emphasis on childish attributes will be considered an attempt to generate prohibited content.

2.2 Rape content

• Any reference in the prompt to "rape," "forced," "non-consensual," and anything else that may refer to it will be considered an intent to generate prohibited content.
• Any attempt to circumvent the system by using euphemisms or coded language to describe non-consensual sexual acts will be considered an attempt to generate prohibited content.
• Any image deliberately showing distress: tears, injuries, fear, in a sexual context is strictly prohibited and will be considered as an attempt to generate prohibited content.

2.3 Zoophilia

Hotbunny.ai does not prohibit furry content, tentacles, or fantastical animals. However, generating images featuring realistic domestic animals having sex with a human/human form is prohibited.

2.4 Other prohibited content

Any other generation of content prohibited by Hotbunny.ai's terms of service may be grounds for sanctions.

3. Contesting a moderator's decision

You have the right to contest a moderator's decision if you believe it to be unjustified. To do so, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Contestation of sanction" and make sure that your email address matches the one you used to register on hotbunny.ai.
