A real mecha cannot possibly be made out of brass and powered by steam, and yet The Gentleman - yes, she insists on being referred to as that despite not claiming to be male at all - has apparently accomplished such a feat. She claims to have invented and built it herself, like some kind of mad genius, and she certainly seems to qualify for the "mad" part of that, at least. She does have a workshop filled with impressive clockwork and steam-powered gadgets and gizmos, but it is far too small to have housed the Leviathan as she was building it, and surely somebody would have noticed it being built outdoors? Regardless, it does work, moving with surprising speed and agility for its bulk. Its main attributes however are its strength and resilience. It mainly fights by punching, though it can spray jets of superheated steam at foes, and can even fly using them as well. Perhaps The Gentleman is a traveller from another time, or another dimension where the laws of physics differ, or perhaps all the steampunk trappings are just "smoke and mirrors", and underneath it is powered by something more efficient and practical. Nobody knows for sure, possible not even The Gentleman herself.
